Beginner's Sampler
An Opportunity for Beginners
Beginner's Sampler 2023
Here is a unique opportunity for beginners to try a variety of instruments, perhaps brush off old, dormant musical skills, and get a feel for the Folk Gathering. These workshops are designed for people with little or no musical background. It’ll be an incredible day of being gently introduced to some of the easiest folk instruments and concepts available. Instruments will be provided, and classes will be hands-on learning. You’ll also get to meet and hear from a Pennsylvania Heritage Musician, attend a professional concert, and try contradancing!
